CONTEST: Occupy Gringotts
We recently posted about the Occupy Gringotts protests, which are currently happening in Diagon Alley. In the post, we announced our first contest EVER, in which you can send in your articles about Occupy Gringotts. You can write the article either as the Minister of Magic, a Daily Prophet journalist, or an Occupy Gringotts protester.
In the article, you can discuss the protests, the protesters’ demands, their goals, reasoning, and the impact the protests have on the wizarding community. You may want to answer the questions: How did it start? How long will it go on? Why are they doing this? Who is participating in the protests?
The article must be at least 250 words in length, PG-13 appropriate, and of reasonable size. There is no maximum length of the article. You can send the articles to our email, pottermoreowl@aol.com, with “Occupy Gringotts” as the subject. The contest starts today, and the deadline is November 24, 2011 at 12:00 AM. The winner will be announced the following day.
It’s a fun contest that everyone can participate in and to get ourselves into holiday mode. We will be doing a lot until the holidays come, with hints and clues popping up everywhere, and trying our best to control them. Please participate in the contest! You never know if you are going to win!
