So undeniably true.
As you already know, we launched our new site yesterday morning. This post will tell you all you need to know, from the answers to the “7 Questions” to each of our site’s role change.
As it is another boring Tuesday, we thought we would lighten it up by giving an update about - you guessed it - US!
First off, we have a new poll up! It’s our first-ever, so we wanted to start with a fun question (fun as in we need an answer): When will Pottermore open? You can answer the poll with one of our four answers here. We are anxious to see the feedback!
Secondly, we wanted to give an update about our Facebook page. Starting today, we are changing how we use our Facebook page and Tumblr. Our Facebook page will be the exclusive place to read news stories on Pottermore not published on our site. Some of the stories have the same idea as others, so we thought it wouldn’t be useful to post something of the same gist. We will only be posting these stories on our Facebook page, no other place but there.
We are answering your Pottermore questions this week on Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook! Do you have a question about Pottermore that you would like to ask? Well, ask us, because we may just have the answer! If you have problems with your Pottermore account or questions about registration, ask us! If you are having trouble coping with the end of Harry Potter…. we’re not the right people for that.. try harrypottersupportgroup.com.
So if you have a question, here’s what to do:
Tweet us with the hashtag #Pottermoreproblems
Ask us on Tumblr using the “Ask Us Anything” page
Post to our Facebook wall anything you want us to answer
AND REMEMBER……. THE OCCUPY GRINGOTTS CONTEST IS ALMOST OVER!!! THE WINNER RECEIVES DVD COPY OF HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART 2!!!!!!!!
Now that we have finished spoiling the first Pottermore book experience, we are taking the time to make Pottermore News better. *laughs*
Some of the new features that we will be adding to the site include a discussions page, where you will be able to discuss Potttermore with friends and so on, and a new weekly web series where the news stories of the week will be discussed.
We have more ideas planned, but here is where we need your help. We would like you to email, tweet or message us some of your ideas, and what you would like to see on the site.
The clues and seven questions will still be going on over the next two months and there will be a new clue up at 12:01 AM, October 31. Now that you know a little bit of our secrets, our hidden messages may be previews of the site or more information on it.
Because Pottermore was originally going to open tomorrow, we planned this announcement today to coincide with the Pottermore launch. Hopefully the beta period will end soon so everyone can register! We will keep you updated all the latest Pottermore news here, on our Twitter and Facebook.

We know that you all want to know the launch date, and we will announce the date soon. Currently, we are looking at the new year to Chamber of Secrets release date for the launch.
